How it works

  1. Gave the agent Ron a Claude Max plan, $100 in cash and a goal: $20,000 in 90 days
  2. Ron's first idea, SWOT reports on Fiverr, went nowhere on a new account
  3. A TikTok about Ron drew about 200 comments; Ron scraped them with Apify and pitched selling people their own Ron
  4. Ron designed isolated Docker containers on rented servers and wrote the launch script; Robby took $10 deposits through Stan
  5. Members pay monthly for a hosted agent, templates, setup help and a Discord; the site, now Heyron, charges new members $49 a month

Could we copy it?

Partly copyable The stack is cheap and easy to copy. The hard parts are building an organic TikTok audience first and capping inference costs (one member burned 1.3M tokens in 48 hours).
