How it works

  1. Baremetrics founder Josh Pigford offered SEO and AI search work on X for $1,000 a month, with clients talking to him in Slack; the site now asks $1,500 to $2,000 a month
  2. Each client gets its own GitHub repo, and each task runs in a separate Claude session, so nothing leaks between clients
  3. A Python script runs several times a day, picks the most useful work from Google Search Console data and hands it to Claude: articles, headline edits, outreach emails, small tools for the client's site
  4. Code keeps it honest: every article is checked against a per-client facts document, links are counted, and any tool it builds gets tested
  5. It all runs on a Mac mini in his office, with about $100 a week of SEO data

Could we copy it?

Partly copyable He laid out the workflow in detail, and anyone who codes a little could rebuild it. The hard part is clients: he founded Baremetrics and has 76K+ followers on X, so one post brought dozens of software companies. Whether the results keep them is too early to tell.
