How it works
- The agent, named Zach Morris, runs on a Mac Mini; Brandon gives it jobs over iMessage
- It scraped 350 Utah trade businesses (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, roofing) with no website or a weak one
- It built a test website for each of the 350, at a few cents apiece
- It mailed 350 QR code postcards through the Lob API; about 20% of owners scanned to see their site
- A part-time salesperson called and closed; clients pay a monthly marketing fee, about $400 on average
Could we copy it?
Easy to copy Cheap to run ($10 to $20 in tokens, about $400 in postcards) and easy for one or two people to copy. The hard parts are the phone sales and ongoing delivery; the agent does not close deals.
